Shipping Information

Items typically ship within 1-3 business days and take 5-7 business days to receive. If you would like to rush your order, please contact us at info@nadiagabriella.com.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund/exchange within 10 days of purchase. We will not accept any merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged or is missing corresponding accessories/package materials (i.e. dust bags, pouches). Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

• Send an email to info@nadiagabriella.com with the original sales invoice attached or sales order number. 

• Pack the item(s) securely, preferably with the original packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit and will not accept returns or exchanges that have arrived damaged. 

Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.
